The WAC Bogus Concierge Friday, November 11, 2005 - 09:20 PM  Tonight we are at the Washington Athletic Club, I get to set at the Concierge desk in the lobby. Nobody knows I am not the Concierge, including the staff, even though the guy has had the job for around 20 years or so. So a steady stream of people come up to me and ask me questions. So far I have told people really great restaurants to go check out, I printed a Ferry schedule, directed someone to a strip club. I'm having a great time. Although I am positive the hotel/club manager will have someone tomorrow say, "Your Concierge was helpful, but he really should dress better." |
