The Tacoma News Tribune calls him, "the bad boy of comedy in the Puget Sound." His list of credits include multiple local and regional comedy competition wins. This includes being crowned as the 2008 Destination Vegas Comedy Competition Champion, as well as being a headliner in the Seattle-Tacoma area, Toby has opened for some of the true heavyweights of the comedy world. Most recently working with Doug Stanhope. His show is a series of cautionary tails gleaned from an adult life full of "less than perfect" decisions.
